Wil Crawford

Wil Crawford

Wil Crawford graduated magna cum laude and with university honors from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in both Political Science and Legal Studies, and is a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha and Alpha Chi national honor societies. Throughout his undergraduate academic career, Wil served as President of the Young Democrats of ECU, Captain of the ECU Mock Trial team, and Chairman of and Senator in the ECU delegation to the Oklahoma Intercollegiate Legislature. In his senior year, Wil was elected to serve as the President Pro Tempore of the Senate and on the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Intercollegiate Legislature.

During his first year of law school, Wil received a CALI Excellence Award in Legal Research and Writing I and was named to the Dean’s List and Faculty Honor Roll. Following his 1L year, Wil spent the first half of the summer writing a case comment for the Oklahoma City University Law Review. He spent the second half working for Brice Roberts Law of Edmond, Oklahoma.

As a 2L, Wil was sworn in as a Licensed Legal Intern. He received CALI Excellence Awards for American Indian Law and Tribal Law, and was named to the Dean’s List. Beginning in May of 2021, Wil became a legal intern for the Oklahoma Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET). Wil also serves on the Board of Editors of the Oklahoma City University Law Review as the Articles Editor.

Wil and his wife, Faith (an OCU Law alumna), live in Ada, Oklahoma. They enjoy spending time outdoors with their black lab, Tealee. Wil plans to enter small-town practice and pursue a career in local politics after graduating.
