With a deep commitment to tenant rights and legal advocacy, Victoria is an experienced attorney dedicated to ensuring fair housing and legal protections for underserved communities. As a staff attorney at the Tenant Rights Clinic, she provides legal representation for tenants facing eviction, offers advocacy in disputes against landlords, and educates non-profits and their clients on housing law.

Previously, Victoria served as an attorney with Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, where she not only represented tenants in housing-related cases but also trained new attorneys, developed educational materials, and collaborated with media outlets to raise awareness about legal issues affecting vulnerable populations.

Her background in Native American law, cultivated through roles at Oklahoma Indian Legal Services and as a teaching assistant at the University of Oklahoma, underscores her passion for legal education and advocacy. She has worked on cases involving the Indian Child Welfare Act, estate planning for tribal communities, and has worked for tribes practicing gaming under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act.

Victoria holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she was an active member of the Native American Law Student Association and participated in multiple legal clinics and competitions. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma.

Through her career, Victoria remains steadfast in her mission to use the law as a tool for justice, education, and empowerment.

Victoria is a Downtown OKC resident herself along with her husband Marshall and their two cats, Isis and Ollie.
