Bio:
Before joining the Oklahoma City University School of Law faculty, Professor Eby practiced law with the Oklahoma City firm of Crowe & Dunlevy, with the Tulsa firm of Boesche, McDermott & Eskridge, and as a sole practitioner representing parties in business bankruptcies. She also taught debtor/creditor law as adjunct faculty at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She she has served as a Special Justice on the Supreme Court of the Cheyenne-Arapaho Tribe.
