OCU Law Works Job & Externship Fair | March 6, 2024

We invite you to join us on Wednesday, March 6 from 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. for our OCU Law Works Job & Externship Fair. This event is open to representatives and recruiters from the private, public, nonprofit, and government sectors, and is a great opportunity to meet and connect with OCU Law students and graduates to share opportunities for paid jobs and internships, or academic credit and pro bono opportunities. We also welcome participation from local, statewide, and national professional or legal associations. Spring On-Campus Interviews | February 1 – March 1, 2024

Law Student Services offers employers the option of conducting interviews for summer positions here at the law school. Our staff is available to assist you from start to finish by posting your open position, promoting the position to students and graduates, packaging application materials for your review, and coordinating the interview schedules on your behalf. Interview days typically occur in the first few weeks of the spring semester but can be scheduled at any time on or before March 1. Interviews can be conducted virtually or in person. If you are interested in setting up an interview session, please complete our On-Campus Interview Registration Form. Employer registration for our Spring 2024 On-Campus Interview (OCI) program has now closed. Please check back in May 2024 for registration to open for our Fall 2024 On-Campus Interview Program.

Law Student Services assists employers with finding the right person for the job and making the process as seamless as possible, all at no charge. In addition to traditional on-site interviews at the law school, employers may opt to interview candidates via teleconference or videoconference. Through this technology, a full range of interviews can be conducted without taking the employer out of the workplace and at minimum disruption to the candidates’ learning environment.

Job Posting and Resume Collection

In addition to our on-campus interview program and job and externship fair, we also facilitate ongoing job posting and resume collections. Employers participating in our job and externship fair will automatically have a resume collection set up on their behalf as part of their participation in the event, but job postings and resume collects can be requested and set up at any time by completing our Job Listing Request FormThis form can also be used to advertise pro bono and academic credit opportunities.

Current students, new graduates, and experienced alumni have 24/7 access to our online jobs database where they can research available legal positions. Listing your job opportunity online is the most expedient method for finding qualified applicants.

Whether the position is full-time, part-time, summer, school year, or post-graduation – there is never a fee associated with our services.
