Bio:
Professor Morgan practiced law and served as a county and prosecuting attorney in Wyoming. He was a member of the law faculty at the University of Wyoming prior to joining the Oklahoma City University School of Law. In Wyoming, he served as a member of the Wyoming Governor’s Planning Commission for Criminal Justice Administration and as a consultant to the Wyoming Health Systems Agency. He now serves on the executive committee of the William J. Holloway American Inn of Court. He is co-author, together with John Morris and former law school Professor Patricia Hatamyar, of Oklahoma Trial Practice.
