(Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination)
Students that have been successfully tested over the Rules of Professional Conduct via a passing score on the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination are exempt from taking the ethics section of the Legal Internship Examination.
- The minimum passing scaled score for Oklahoma is 75.
- Select Oklahoma as the jurisdiction to which you want your results directly forwarded (at no charge).
- Keep copies of your score report!
The MPRE is a two-hour, 60-question multiple-choice examination developed by National Conference of Bar Examiners that is administered three times per year. It is required for admission to the bars of all but three U.S. jurisdictions.
The purpose of the MPRE is to measure an examinee’s knowledge and understanding of established standards related to a lawyer’s professional conduct.
