Admissions Ambassador

I am originally from Dallas, TX, specifically Pleasant Grove. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Texas Woman’s University and completed my Master of Social Work at The University of Texas at Arlington. Currently, I reside near the capitol, just a short 10-minute drive from campus.

At OCU Law, I hold the positions of fellow, law ambassador, and secretary for HLLSA, ILS, and the Catholic Association. Since December, I have been employed at Joan Lopez & Michael Johnson Law Firm focusing on family and criminal law.

What I value most about OCU is the support I have received from the Hispanic organization. I have connected with individuals facing similar challenges in higher education, particularly as a first-generation student, and have found invaluable support in both my professional and personal life.
