Jackson Young-Brantley, 2L

My name is Jackson Young-Brantley, and I am from Yukon, Oklahoma. I attended four different undergraduate institutions before ultimately graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Business Administration. After my 1L year, I had the opportunity to intern at OG&E. This experience was phenomenal, and I could not have asked for a better first legal experience! This internship gave me the opportunity to get a better understanding on how an in-house counsel operates.

Currently, I serve as Vice President of the Health Law Association and as Social Media Coordinator for the Sports, Intellectual Property, & Entertainment Law Association. In addition to these roles, I am an ambassador for our law school. One aspect I particularly appreciate about OCU is its location; it is within walking distance of courthouses, law firms, and excellent dining options. I am grateful for the chance to further my education and career in one of the fastest-growing cities in the country and I hope you can be a part of this experience!
