Gentry Kincade

Gentry Kincade was born and raised in Tulsa, OK, and is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation. She graduated cum laude from The University of Tulsa with a B.A. in Political Science and a French minor. During her time as a student at TU, Gentry was involved in Student Association and University Ambassadors. She was also a member of and served as the Alumni Relations Chair of the Theta Upsilon Chapter of Delta Delta Delta. Staying close to home, Gentry was able to foster a meaningful relationship with the Oklahoma community, which led her to serve as a summer intern for a United States Senator for the State of Oklahoma.

As an undergraduate, Gentry also had the opportunity to study abroad and spent a semester in Paris, France. There, she was able to broaden her global perspective and become skilled in effective verbal and written communication skills. Although she cherishes her time abroad, Gentry’s time in France made her all the more eager to return home to Oklahoma, equipped with these new perspectives.

Throughout her time at OCU Law, Gentry has been awarded the CALI Awards for Legal Research & Writing II, Law & Genetics Seminar, and Remedies. She has spent her summers in Oklahoma City assisting on civil litigation projects and learning as a summer intern at DeWitt, Paruolo & Meek. Following graduation, Gentry looks forward to continuing her experiences in civil litigation as an associate with DeWitt, Paruolo & Meek.
