Ruth Stockman
Ruth Stockman graduated magna cum laude from William Carey University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and a double minor in Biblical Languages and English.
Ruth and her husband, James, are the proud parents of four bio-children and two foster children. For many years Ruth worked within the home as a stay-at-home mom, and during that time she was actively involved in her community – volunteering at her local church, homeschool co-op, and American Heritage Girls. In January of 2023, Ruth began working as an estate planning and probate legal assistant at Ball Morse Lowe. This ignited her passion for law and inspired her to pursue further legal education.
During her first two years of law school, Ruth received 7 CALI Awards for Excellence, and during her second year, she served as an Academic Fellow for Civil Procedure. Currently, Ruth is an Assistant Resource Editor for the Oklahoma City University Law Review, a member of the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Team, and a clinic intern at the Oklahoma City University American Indian Wills Clinic.
During her time in law school Ruth gained valuable legal experience through internships at Robben Law and Ball Morse Lowe. She plans to join Ball Morse Lowe as an Associate after graduation and the bar exam.
