Bio:
Richard Klinge founded OCU Law’s Housing Eviction Legal Assistance Program (H.E.L.P. Clinic) in 2018 under Dean Valerie Couch and was the sole attorney for 6 years. Prior to joining us, Klinge worked for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City in immigration and other matters as General Counsel, Senior Director, and Associate Director of Advocacy, Outreach and Legal Services. Klinge also has extensive experience in litigation and intellectual property from his private practice. Klinge provides invaluable litigation experience, mentorship, community involvement, and leadership to OCU Law and his clients.
