Bio:
Professor Mordue received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University. He began his career as a judicial clerk to Vice Chancellor Parsons on the Delaware Court of Chancery, the nation’s leading business court. After that, he spent over a decade in private practice in Cleveland, Ohio, working first at a large international law firm and then at a litigation boutique focusing on complex civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense. Professor Mordue’s scholarship to date has focused on criminal sentencing policy, corporate governance, and stockholder litigation reform.
