Mia Paladini, 2L
Hi! My name is Mia Paladini, and I’m a 2L at Oklahoma City University School of Law. I’m originally from the Dallas–Fort Worth area, but I’ve also called Utah, Georgia, Arkansas, and Colombia home. I graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 2024 with a degree in Strategic Communications and played Division II soccer during my time there. I also spent two years of my childhood living abroad in Bogotá, Colombia, which gave me a global perspective and deep appreciation for different cultures—something I carry with me into my legal studies.
At OCU Law, I’m involved in several organizations that have enriched my experience and challenged me to grow. I serve as a Student Ambassador, am a member of Law Review, Phi Delta Phi Honor Society, and both the Energy and IP Law student groups. I’m currently gaining hands-on experience through a civil litigation internship at DeWitt, Paruolo & Meek, located in downtown Oklahoma City.
I chose OCU Law for its supportive and approachable environment—where professors know your name, staff genuinely care, and students lift each other up. Whether you’re new to the city, balancing life transitions, or just figuring it all out (like we all are), I want you to know that you’re not alone. I’d love to be a resource, cheerleader, or just a familiar face to help you feel at home here.
Law school is tough, but the community here makes it worth it. I can’t wait to meet you and share what makes OCU Law so special.
