Equal Justice Works
Equal Justice Works organizes, trains, and supports public-service-minded law students and is the national leader in creating summer and postgraduate public interest jobs.
Sunbelt Diversity Recruitment Program
Oklahoma City University School of Law is one of approximately 20 law schools that co-sponsor and coordinate this job fair. The program is held annually during late-August in Dallas, Texas.
Heartland Diversity Job Fair
This program is coordinated by a consortium of legal employers in the Kansas City metro area. Their goal is to attract qualified minority candidates to Kansas City.
Hispanic National Bar Association
The HNBA Annual Convention hosts the nation’s largest career fair for experienced Hispanic lawyers and law students.
National Black Prosecutors Association
NBPA is the only professional membership organization dedicated to the advancement of Blacks as prosecutors. In addition to the annual convention, the NBPA hosts a job fair.
National Latina/o Law Student Association
The annual NLLSA Conference provides a forum for students and faculty from across the country to meet and learn about their particular issues and projects. Students can also learn about job opportunities at the NLLSA Career Fair.
St. Louis Diversity Job Fair
The primary goal of the Fair is to attract a diverse group of 2L and 3L students to the metropolitan St. Louis legal community, encourage them to practice law in the area, and become an integral part of our community. The Job Fair steering committee has invited law firms, corporations, and government agencies from all over the nation.
National Association of Women Lawyers Career Center
NAWL provides a venue to make online employment connections with women in the legal profession. There are also options for female law students to become members.
The Loyola Patent Law Interview Program
This is a two-day interview program held in Chicago each summer that brings together patent law employers and law students from across the country to interview for summer associate positions and post-graduate employment.
National LGBT Bar Association
Every year, the sharpest legal minds in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community gather at the National LGBT Bar Association Career Fair & Conference.
JAG Week
JAG Week is a series of events that provide an opportunity for students to learn more about opportunities in the military while also honoring the veteran law students of our OCU Law community.

OCU Law Works Career Fair
The purpose of this event is to educate students about the role lawyers play in meeting critical public service and pro bono legal needs within their communities, whether they work for a public service organization or a Fortune 500 company. Accordingly, the OCU Law Works Career Fair will expose students to our public interest and pro bono partners as well as the for-profit community in which our public interest and pro bono organizations operate. Representatives from numerous private, pro bono, and public sector organizations will be on hand to offer opportunities and advice on how students can put their skills to work on the path to a lifetime career. Further, the OCU Law Works Career Fair will feature the Law School’s clinical and experiential programs that provide students with the vital practice experience that will allow them to fulfill their roles as servant leaders. In addition to internship and experiential opportunities, the OCU Law Works Career Fair is the premier source of hands-on opportunities that qualify for the Dean’s Summer Pro Bono and Public Interest Law Fellowship Program. The OCU Law Works Career Fair is free and open to students, alumni, and the public.

On-Campus Interviews
Law Student Services assists employers with finding the right person for the job and making the process as seamless as possible, all at no charge. In addition to traditional on-site interviews at the law school, employers may opt to interview candidates via teleconference or videoconference. Through this technology, a full range of interviews can be conducted without taking the employer out of the workplace and at minimum disruption to the candidates’ learning environment.
