I was born and raised in Oklahoma City and received my undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. Growing up with a dad and grandfather who were attorneys, I always knew I wanted to follow in their footsteps and become a lawyer too. After I toured OCU Law, the decision of where I was to attend law school became a very easy one to make. I instantly knew that this is where I was meant to be. During my law school career, I have been given the opportunity to participate in various student organizations. I currently serve as Vice President of the Student Bar Association and Section Representative of the 2L Class. I am also a member of Pi Delta Phi, Corporate Law Associate, Health Law Association, and the Organization for Advancement of Women in the Law. During my 1L summer, I was able to work as a Legal Intern for a civil litigation law firm, which is the field of law I plan to practice following graduation. OCU Law has taught me so much about what it means to have a supportive community and how that leads to both academic and personal success. Attending OCU is one of the best decisions I could have made and I can’t wait to show prospective students the amazing impact it can have on them too.
