Cooper Larson, 3L

My name is Cooper Larson. I am from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2021 with a B.A. in Marketing with a focus in Advertising. Before starting my law school journey, I worked as an Administrative Assistant and legal document runner for the private law firm Kirk & Chaney, PLLC. What drove me towards pursuing a career in law was my determination to not only help people but assist in the rapid growth of Oklahoma City and create positive change in my community as a leader. I chose Oklahoma City University because of our shared values and their dedication to their students’ futures.

Apart from being a Law Admissions Ambassador, it has been an honor to serve as the Vice President of the Sports, IP, & Entertainment Law Association, Secretary of the First-Generation Law Student Association, and Social Chair of the Federal Bar Association. I also have the privilege of being a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and have interned with the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office in the Litigation Division as well as the law firm of DeWitt, Paruolo, & Meek during my time at OCU Law. I consider myself lucky to be surrounded by such incredible people and look forward to continuing my pursuit in the legal community through hard work, persistence, kindness, and exploring outside my comfort zone.
