Externships offer a way to earn credit while getting experience working in the field. Students tackle intensive, real-world assignments to gain practical experience. We offer over 80 externship placement sites, many of which are within walking distance of the law school.

Sites include federal, state, local, and tribal government, judges’ chambers, pro bono and public service and litigation offices, and corporate locations including healthcare, finance/banking, education, energy, retail, and nonprofits.
