The life and legacy of Bill Conger lives through all of us who shared enduring friendships with him. We will forever remember his great laugh, his savvy advice, his devotion to the legal community, his famous pranks and his great capacity for friendship.
As a reminder of Professor Conger and his enduring impact on Oklahoma City University School of Law, we are naming the future courtroom in our new historic home The J. William Conger Courtroom.
“Bill was a force, not only for his clients whom he represented with enthusiasm and passion, but also for the hundreds of students who were fortunate to learn the values of the legal profession from his perspective,” said Oklahoma City University School of Law Dean Valerie K. Couch. “We are looking for ways to keep Bill’s spirit alive in our school and one way of doing that is by naming the courtroom after him.”
We hope you enjoy this video that brings Bill’s spirit to life and helps us remember why he was so special to so many.
