Professor MacDougall clerked for Judge Dwain Box of the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals before joining the Oklahoma City University School of Law faculty. Professor MacDougall writes in the fields of tort law, health care law, and gender bias, and is the author of a treatise on products liability.
Professor MacDougall is also the faculty advisor for the Oklahoma City University Law Review.
