Professor of Law
Professor Dalley practiced corporate law with the New York firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore and was a member of the faculty at Chicago-Kent College of Law before joining the faculty at Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1996.
In 2012, Professor Dalley received the Oklahoma City University Outstanding Faculty Award recognizing faculty members whose teaching, scholarship and service to the university and professional community are deemed to be exemplary.
In 2011, Professor Dalley chaired the Law Dean Search Committee and the Law Strategic Planning Committee, as well as served as a member of the President’s Budget Recommendation Committee.
