Professor of Law
Professor Johnson served as law clerk to Judge Betty Fletcher of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, practiced law with the Washington, D.C., firm of Arnold & Porter, and was a staff attorney for the United States Sentencing Commission. He has served on a committee drafting revisions of Oklahoma’s criminal jury instructions.
